We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a warm Christmas Meal and the warmth and connection of a community that cares. Unfortunately, each year vulnerable people in North Devon go without celebrating Christmas or having a warm Christmas dinner as they have nowhere to go, or no money to spend.

Each year, we hold a Christmas dinner at the Freedom Center, but this year our kitchen staff will cook two traditional Christmas Meals! The first will be held on December 20th at our Day Centre for all beneficiaries that wish to join us and celebrate Christmas. The second Christmas Meal will be on Christmas Day for all of the Safe Sleep service users who have nowhere else to go.

These two Christmas dinners are made possible by generous donations of food from businesses and individuals. Our Day Centre staff do their best to organise a small gift for each person who attends our Christmas dinner to make it a special, memorable day that everyone enjoys.

This year you can join in the generosity and spirit of Christmas by making a donation to our appeal. Your donation will ensure that we can provide a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and even a small gift to show people care and want to make this day special for everyone in our community. Join in with our appeal and donate to make sure a vulnerable person in North Devon is able to have a Christmas to remember for all the right reasons.
